How to Order

The easiest way to order a Lotus computer is right here on our online shop. You can view information and photos for each product, customize it to your needs, and securely purchase online using PayPal account, PayPal credit (special financing) or a credit/debit card.

If you'd rather order by phone, just give us a call! We'll be happy to offer advice and help you order without the need to buy online. 

For government, nonprofit, or bulk orders, please give us a call or send an email to sales@lotuspc.net and we'll help with your special order.

When we ship

Every Lotus computer is made to order, and it generally takes us about 2-3 weeks to ship each order due to the complexity of our supply chain, time it takes to assemble each computer, and then individually test each one. It takes time, but it's well worth it. On rare occasions, an order may take an extra week or two to ship. If there are any delays, we will contact you and do our best to keep you informed while trying to minimize delays, but please don't hesitate to contact us for an order update at any time.

How we ship

Lotus ships via FedEx Ground with a signature required for delivery on every order. This is for the security and safe delivery of your order. If you prefer to change your delivery options, such as shipping with a faster service, different carrier, or removing the signature option, please contact us as soon as possible before you order so we can make those adjustments for you. Any changes in shipping options may be subject to a fee, due to rate differences. Please note that choosing a faster service will only expedite your order once it's ready to ship, and will not speed up the fulfillment process, as that's unrelated to the shipping options.

Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy that assures you will be happy with your purchase. If your Lotus does not live up to your expectations, you can send it back at absolutely no cost to you. We even pay return shipping. We accept returns within 14 calendar days of your order’s delivery as confirmed by the shipper’s tracking information.

To return a product, please contact us and request an RMA. If you ship us your returned Lotus without prior authorization, we will be unable to properly process your return and may refuse shipment.

We cannot accept a return under the following conditions:

  • Dents, scratches, or damage to the computer or missing items related to the product
  • Package or contents damaged in transit
  • Software issues
  • RMA requested after the 14th day of delivery
  • Certain custom desktops

Once a return has been accepted and processed, you may:

  • Receive a full refund
  • Exchange your computer for another Lotus

Refunds are usually processed via the original payment method (such as PayPal), but under some conditions may be issued via a check. We make an effort to process refunds as quickly as possible, which is generally within three business days of receiving the product for processing.

At Lotus, we are dedicated to providing you with our best possible service, but if your product doesn’t meet your needs, we will gladly work with you to facilitate your return.

 

Local Repair Program Policy

If you encounter a common problem with your Lotus, our Local Repair Program allows for a repair shop near you to fix your computer on our behalf.

To use this program, first call us for tech support so we can help you troubleshoot. If we find it to be repairable by a local shop, we will search for a reputable repair shop in your area and will arrange for the service. We will pay for the parts and labor, however certain types of repairs may be too complicated to perform outside of our own service center and may need to be shipped back to us. If you need to send your computer to Lotus, we will pay for shipping both ways.

Repairs that we generally allow under this program include:

  • Screen replacement (extra costs apply for accidental damage)
  • Hard drive and memory replacement
  • Hardware and/or basic software diagnostics
  • Power supply replacement

Other services may be available under this program, but must be approved by Lotus before proceeding.

Please do not take your Lotus to any shop. We must choose a shop that meets our standards and that we can work with. We will only pay shops that we approve and prearrange service with. This program only applies to repairs under warranty. Approval of local service is made by Lotus on a case-by-case basis.
